Article 1 – Accomodations


Cottage of Relais Sainte Anne is located Rue du Pourtanel 46600 MARTEL. It is a house on two levels, with four bedrooms, four independent bathrooms with toilets, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a private terrace, access to the park and the swimming pool of the domain.

 School House

The duplex apartment located in the former school house of Relais Sainte Anne is located Rue du Pourtanel 46600 MARTEL with on the ground floor a living/dining room overlooking a private terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, on the 1st floor a large bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom with separate toilet, access to the park and the swimming pool of the domain.

Article 2 – duration of stay: The tenant signatory to this contract concluded for a fixed term may not in any circumstances avail himself of any right to the maintenance in the premises at the end of the stay.

Article 3 – conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has paid the entire reservation via the website and sends the owner a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated. A second copy must be kept by the tenant.

The lease concluded between the parties to this act may in no case benefit even partially to third parties, natural or legal persons, unless the owner agrees in writing.

Any infringement of this last paragraph would be likely to lead to the immediate termination of the rental to the wrongs of the tenant, the proceeds of the rental remaining definitively acquired to the owner.

Article 4 – cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner, with acknowledgement of receipt.

a) cancellation prior to arrival at the premises:

up to 2 months prior to arrival date, 100% of the rental amount will be returned.

up to 15 days prior to arrival date, 50% of the rental amount will be returned.

less than 15 days before the date of arrival, no refund will be made on the amount of the rental.

If the tenant does not manifest within 24 hours of the date of arrival indicated in the contract, this contract becomes null and void and the owner has the right to make available the same property to other tenants.

(b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

Article 5 – cancellation in case of force majeure by the owner: The owner pays the tenant all the sums paid in advance.

Article 6 – arrival: The tenant must arrive on the day specified in the time slot mentioned in the booking. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.

Article 7 – settlement of the tourist tax: The total amount of the tourist tax is included in the rental amount.

Article 8 – inventory: An inventory is drawn up jointly and signed by the tenant and the owner or his representative on arrival and departure. This inventory constitutes the only reference in case of dispute concerning the inventory.

The cleanliness of the accommodation upon arrival of the tenant must be noted in the inventory. The cleaning of the premises in normal use is the responsibility of the owner every weekend. In case of abnormal use of the premises, or exceptional soiling, the amount of the additional cleaning costs will be charged to the tenant.

Article 9 – deposit of guarantee or caution: On arrival of the tenant, a deposit is required by the owner (1000€ for the School, 1500€ for the Cottage). After a contradictory inventory of fixtures of the establishment before leaving the deposit is returned, less the cost of restoration of the places if damage or missing objects were found.

In case of early departure (earlier than the time mentioned in this contract) preventing the establishment from doing an inventory on the day of the departure of the tenant, the security deposit is returned by the owner within a period not exceeding fifteen days.

Article 10 – use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and to use in accordance with the purpose of the premises.

Article 11 – capacity: This contract is for a maximum capacity of 8 people for the cottage and 2 adults and 2 young children for the school. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional persons. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the customer’s initiative.

Section 12 – Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises. In case of non-compliance of this clause by the tenant, the owner can refuse the stay. In this case, no refund will be made.

Article 13 – insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages arising from him.

Article 14 – payment of charges: Water and electricity charges are included in the rental price, for normal use. In case of abnormal use, the charges can be re-billed to the tenant.

Article 15 – Proof of the transaction

The Customer is committed to his order as soon as he clicks on “Order” during the site purchase process. The data recorded on the Relais Sainte Anne site constitutes proof of all transactions between the site and its customers.

Online payment by credit card is made through e-transactions (payment module in a secure environment of Crédit Agricole). The data recorded by the E-transcations payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions carried out by bank card. E-transactions does not transmit bank card data to Relais Sainte Anne.

Article 16 – Price, payment method and download

The current rates are expressed all taxes included. The prices displayed on the site are in euros and are likely to vary over time.

Payment for reservations is made by credit card (CB – VISA – MASTERCARD – PAYLIB – E.carteBleue – Maestro)

The full amount is required when ordering regardless of the payment method chosen by the customer.
